Four disgruntled NNPP national assembly candidates running for office in Osun State in the 2023 elections said on Monday that their support for Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, was proof of the party’s structural breakdown in the state.
This was stated in a press release issued by the group’s leader, Clement Bamigbola, in response to a statement attributed to the state party’s acting chairman, Abdusalam Abiola, who had earlier claimed that the four candidates who had pledged their support for Tinubu were like liabilities the NNPP would not miss.

It is distressing to hear the so-called interim chairman dismiss the party candidates as unimportant members. It demonstrates that the guy in issue is politically ignorant. As As right now, the NNPP is dead in Osun state.
